This is a ceremony developed during WWI by Norbert Fabien Capek, and we’ll honor that legacy with a children’s pageant, and a sharing of flowers with one another. In the spirit of the joy of resistance, please dedicate your flower to your favorite revolutionary, and attach a small card on your flower with said name and why this person is important to you.
