We will begin to explore October’s theme of deep listening. What does it mean to listen to one’s self? What does it mean to listen to others? Understanding what someone else has to say requires learning new words, frames of reference, and perspectives. This week we’ll learn a little about the Jewish New Year, Rosh Hashanah, as we reflect on listening deeply.
