The Meditation Group meets each Thursday morning from 8:30-9:30 a.m. via Zoom. A different person each week chooses the dharma topic and reads from books or other writings, one reading before each of two 20-minute sitting meditations. We gather together to provide a calm and quiet space in which we listen deeply and speak respectfully. The group is open to all regardless of experience.
