Membership
The Meaning of Membership at UUFS
Membership is a personal commitment where we aspire:
- To share talents, energy, and mutual care with each other, as we build a supportive and active community that is open-minded, inclusive, and compassionate.
- Put the principles of Unitarian Universalism into action within our congregation and beyond, participate in the justice-seeking democratic process of governance, and give financially to nurture the ideals we share.
- We recommend A Chosen Faith: An Introduction to Unitarian Universalism by John Buehrens, Forrest Church, et al. It is available from our Book Cart on Sundays, at the Los Altos library, and as a Hardcover or Kindle version on Amazon.
