Last Day for UUSC GAYT Matching

You can make your donation in one of the following ways:
1. Put a check in the collection basket.
2. Mail your check to the UUFS office (UUFS, P.O. Box 2398, Sunnyvale, CA 94087-0398),
3. Donate online at www.uusc.org/givetoguest (make sure to note “Sunnyvale” as your congregation), or
4. Place a check in your GAYT box and you or your child bring the box to UUFS.
Donating to UUSC by December 17th can triple your impact!
· All donations from UUFS will be matched (up to $5000) by the Gary W. Hartz Memorial Grant
· Donations of $125 or more are eligible for a match from the UU Congregation at Shelter Rock in Manhasset, N.Y.
· UUSC is a humanitarian organization and therefore, you may be able to obtain matching funds from your employer. For more information see www.uusc.org/workplace-giving.
