“Let’s Play”

We all benefit from play! This service will include forms learned through InterPlay workshops. Some of us “recovering” or “still serious people” need tools to help us integrate more play into our daily lives.
Interplay is an active, creative way to unlock the wisdom of the body. It is based in a series of incremental “forms” that lead participants to movement and stories, silence and song, ease and amusement. In the process, we discover the wisdom in ourselves and our communities. InterPlay integrates body, mind, heart and spirit. It is devoted to fun and is firmly based in affirmation and looking for the good.
Claire Eustace is a recent graduate of the Pacific School of Religion and a candidate for UU ministry. Before seminary, Claire worked as an environmental professional, a trusts & estates attorney, and in energy policy. She lives in Oakland with her partner Amit and their child Ilana and loves to dance
