Beginners and experienced meditators are welcome to participate in weekly guided meditation and instruction (dharma talks), with the help of podcasts. This is an on-going class with breaks scheduled around holidays as needed. Commitment to weekly attendance is encouraged to promote cohesion (we know participants may not be able to make it every time). Facilitators are Karin Golde and Erika Hulse.
